At Premier Realty Group Property Management our price structure is simple.
When you’re looking for professional property management it’s normal to want to know how much it will cost. This is an investment you’re making, not a simple product you’re buying. When you hire us to manage your rental home it's our goal to protect the condition of your investment, and increasing both your rental income and your long term ROI.
Monthly Management - There are no costs until the property is leased
- 7% of the monthly rent (No charge when the property is vacant)
- 50% of the first months rent (No Monthly Management cost the first month)
